**If you are not an exsiting Te Wero member:
1. Sign-up as a new member
2. Then Sign-in via your new Friendly Manager account
3. Select the days wanting to register for
*** For existing Te Wero members:
1. Sign-in via your Friendly Manager log-in details (emailed to your when enrolled for the first time at Te Wero Gymnastics)

**Some people may experience difficulties enrolling online, where the Terms & Condition page freezes. We apologise in advance for this, as this happens for some people and not for others. Please email info@tewerogym.org.nz if you wanting to enrol your child(s) for a day in the Holiday Programme, but are unable to do this online**
- DROP OFF & PICK UP: Doors open at 8.30am. Pick up is at 1pm - a late penalty of $10 per 15 minutes after 1pm may be charged.
- For safety reasons - all long hair must be tied up into a pontail, bun or plaited.
- UPON ARRIVAL: All parents must sign-in with their contact phone number and sign-out when picking up. This is in case we need to contact you for emergencies and that the person picking up is authorised and identified.
- FEES: Invoice must be paid before the start of the Holiday Programme to confirm your child(s) selected day or days. ?️Te Wero Gymnastics has the right to remove your child's enrolment if payment has not been received.
- ABSENCES: If your child is sick, please email us at info@tewerogym.org.nz or phone us on 022 677 1626 to let us know. No refunds will apply unless notified 24hrs beforehand.
- BEHAVIOUR: Safety is our first consideration. Parents will be notified if their child is causing disruptions or may cause harm to themselves or another child ➡️ Te Wero Gymnastics reserves the right to remove your child for our Holiday Programme. A refund of fees will not apply.
- CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Te Wero Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel a day session where there are insufficient enrolments for that day. We will offer a full refund in these circumstances. Other refunds (at your request) are available if cancellation is made 24 hours before the booked day.
